New Zealand Orders

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from our Waikato warehouse using NZ Post.

Orders over $140 NZD qualify for FREE shipping within New Zealand.

Australian Orders (International Shipping)

We proudly ship to Australia using DHL.

Delivery Timeframe:

Economy Plus: 6–10 business days*

Flat Rate Shipping: $24.99 AUD per order (tracked).

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Didn’t receive an email? Please check your junk/spam folder or contact us with your Order Number.

Non-Delivery & Return to Sender

If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, it may be returned to us.

If returned, we can re-ship for an additional shipping fee.

We are not liable for delays caused by an incorrect address or uncollected parcels.

Delivery Information

If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or provide a card-to-call with instructions for collection from your local depot or post office.

Important Notes

All international orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means local taxes or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
